Do You Know A Mythical Temple IN Muzaffarpur City District In Bihar :-        Sahu Pokhar.  

Sahu pokhar of muzaffarpur city is known as  "Mansarovar " of city. this history is 250 years old. in the year 1754 shiv sahai prasad sahu, son of the zamindar Bhavani prasad sahu built sahu pokhar at a distance of just a few steps from Baba garibnath temple.  Shri Ram janki temple was also constructed in the courtyard of sahu pokhar. Sahu pokhar then expanded into 25 bighas. Talking about the present, Sahu pokhar is still alive today, a firm ghat is built all around. in Sahu Pokhar people come to meditate and then worship in the temple situated on the shore. Be it Chhat puja or Shravani fair the devotees who relive fatigue come here and rest every year. Sahu pokhar 's identity comes not only in the city but also from different corners of the country. People can also see their pictures in sahu pokhar , pure water can also be used by people in domestic household work.

In Sahu pokhar some people are polluting is by flowing garbage and drains water due to which is water is not suitable for any work people around sahu pokhar also made it Dhobighat , the gambler made a gambling base around pokhar due to with woman and philosopher worshiping in the temple do not come..

Sahu Pokhar Will Be Beautification .

The Minister for urban development and housing has said that the religious heritage of Sahu pokhar city will be developed as a religious center. The water of the puddle will be cleaned and idols will be installed,  in the middle of the puddle , also strict action will be taken against those who throw garbage in the Pokhar. !!
